Sil-Pro is committed to Quality in every business phase.  This includes initial customer contact, quoting, tooling generation, process validation, production, and certification such as ISO 9001-2000.

Each step is documented and follows approved and controlled procedures.  Processes do allow for flexibility as we may become involved with a design while it is still in the development and testing stages.

The inspection team members have extensive background in measuring silicone components and follow predefined requirements for every production product.  Data is collected and available for customer review.  Our Quality Manual is also available for our customers, and is on-line for all our employees.
