Our in-house tooling group maintains stock inserts to immediately respond to your tooling needs. For urgent requests, we are able to turn complex tools in days, not weeks. This is accomplished with highly skilled Designers, Programmers and Toolmakers. We employ the latest technology in CAD, CAM and Robotically tended machine tools that run around the clock.

In parallel, our Automation Engineering staff can conceptualize, design and build solutions to competitively meet your cost targets. From simple secondary operation devices, to fully automated manufacturing cells, Sil-Pro provides complete solutions.

We utilize Lean Sigma methodologies when developing our processes to ensure manufacturing capability and competitive costs. We are in the process of certifying our 2nd Lean Sigma Black Belt this year.
