Silicone Extrusion

Our state of the art extrusion department is capable of single lumen tubing, multi lumen tubing, and solid rope or rod. Closed loop feedback from a Zumbach laser micrometer allows for precise control of the tubing dimensions throughout the run. Tubing can be supplied to you in coils or cut to length. With our extensive experience in molding and secondary operations such as bonding and assembly, we can offer value added services to your extrusions from overmolding to subassembly

Extruded silicone tube sizes range from ID/OD of .020 to 1.0 inch of single lumen, multi-lumen, solid rope and rod tubing. Precise dimensional control of the tubing throughout the part run is ensured by closed loop feedback from a Zumbach laser micrometer. Also available are processes for overmolding onto silicone tube and bonding silicone tubular parts to plastic and metal parts using medical grade adhesives.

Pad printing on silicone tubing of identification marks for positioning purposes and/or lot traceability is also available. Optional color characteristics of the tubing include clear, translucent, opaque and colored versions.
