Inventory Management

We are a willing partner to our customers for many complex and often creative inventory management agreements designed to ensure that our customers can keep their inventory values to a minimum, while simultaneously ensuring a reliable supply of components for production. This includes programs such as kanbans, consignment inventory as well as vendor managed inventory systems.

Investment in Technology

Throughout our history, Sil-Pro has consistently added new capabilities in order to meet the needs of our customers. Whether this requires the addition of new equipment or the recruitment of qualified personnel, Sil-Pro has a proven history of investing in new or improved technology to satisfy our customer’s needs.
