Sil-Pro in-house automation/engineering team can design, manufacture, and program equipment to enhance medium to high volume silicone part production. This state-of-the-art, fully automated molding facility at Sil-Pro allows for a more repeatable, higher quality parts with less scrap and lower fallout than a manual operation would produce. Many of Sil-Pro’s cells perform multiple operations from; Molding, part removal, De-flashing, Post-curing, Slitting, and Camera Inspection all in one work cell, all in the class 10,000 clean room, all with no human operator or inspector; lights out 24/7.
